1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the TerraVest Capital LLP website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About Us
TerraVest Capital LLP (“TerraVest”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a boutique real-estate capital platform headquartered in Ahmedabad, India. Information about our business and vehicles may be made available on the Site for informational purposes only.
3. No Offer / No Solicitation
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any securities, interests or investment products. Any offering of interests in any fund or SPV will be made only by means of a formal private placement memorandum, subscription agreement and related documents (the “Offering Documents”) provided to eligible investors. The Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be advertising, an offering document, or investment advice.
4. Eligibility & Accredited Investors
Certain products and opportunities referenced on the Site may be available only to eligible / accredited investors as defined by applicable securities laws and SEBI regulations. TerraVest may require an investor to provide proof of accreditation from a SEBI-recognized intermediary and to complete all KYC/AML checks before permitting participation. By contacting TerraVest or submitting information, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to receive the information and that you will not use it if you are not.
5. Investor Onboarding & KYC
To evaluate investor interest and proceed with any onboarding, TerraVest will collect documents and information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations (including KYC/AML/CKYC requirements and SEBI rules). These may include identity, address, PAN, accreditation certificates, income/financial evidence, entity documents, board/partner resolutions and other information. Digital/e-sign methods may be used where legally permitted. Submission of materials does not create any obligation on TerraVest’s part to admit an investor.
6. Accuracy of Information
TerraVest uses reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Site is current and accurate. However, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy, nor do we undertake any duty to update the Site. All projections, returns, targets and outlooks are illustrative and not guarantees of future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
7. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: (a) impersonate another person; (b) submit false information; (c) interfere with Site operation; (d) copy, reproduce, republish, post, transmit, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality & Sharing
Information you submit via contact or enquiry forms will be used as described in our Privacy Policy. If you submit confidential or proprietary information, please mark it clearly — that said, do not transmit material that you expect TerraVest to treat as confidential unless required through a formal NDA and agreed process. TerraVest reserves the right to use non-confidential information for any lawful purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraVest, its partners, directors, employees, agents, advisors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, or any reliance on the information contained herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TerraVest and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
